ATTENTION, MYSTICS, MISFITS, GOBLINS, GLAMOUR WIZARDS, AND INTER-DIMENSIONAL FASHION CRIMINALS!
The Bizarre Bazaar has once again emerged from the cosmic soup, and its return has been foretold by three possums, a malfunctioning smoke machine, and an oracle who communicates exclusively through disco.
From November 27th to November 29th, the beautiful valley of Camp Wainui will be transformed into a temporary autonomous zone of utter nonsense, creative chaos, and highly questionable life choices.
Expect:
✨ DJs spinning rhythms so irresistible your skeleton may attempt to leave your body and dance independently.
✨ Cabaret performers who have absolutely no business existing, yet somehow do.
✨ A sound system carefully calibrated to tickle your eardrums, rearrange your chakras, and possibly summon a benevolent swamp deity.
✨ Décor that can best be described as “a fever dream hosted by David Attenborough and a glitter factory.”
✨ Hundreds of beautifully strange humans dressed as anything from Victorian space pirates and mushroom royalty to sentient lampshades and emotionally available dragons.
Music will run from Friday 4pm until Sunday 10pm, interrupted only by the occasional disco break, allowing attendees time to rehydrate, question reality, and locate whichever dimension they accidentally wandered into.
Capacity is limited because even chaos requires health and safety paperwork.
Each person may purchase a maximum of three koha entry tickets. Please ensure all ticket holders names are individually entered correctly.
As this is a private invite-only gathering, please keep the event link secret. Share it only with trusted weirdos, certified oddballs, and individuals who have passed at least one unofficial vibe check.
Huts contain rooms with four or five single bunks and mattresses. You’ll need to bring your own bedding, enchanted blankets, or cocoon of choice.
Beds will be assigned closer to the event by our highly trained Accommodation Goblins. We’ll do our best to keep friend groups together, but the forces governing space, time, and bunk allocation can be unpredictable.
The huts include hot showers and bathrooms, allowing you to wash away glitter, dust, face paint, and any lingering encounters with woodland spirits.
For those travelling by van, camper, caravan, tent, converted spaceship, or mobile chicken coop, there is plenty of room. Campers will have access to all facilities.
Bizarre Bazaar is not responsible for:
Pack your finest absurdity. Polish your weirdness. Feed your inner goblin.
We’ll see you in the valley, you magnificent freaks.
